Auto Locking Issues

I know there is an auto locking feature that we use. But at home it is annoying. I also know there is a way to cancel that feature so that the car does not lock when at your home address. The problem is that the BMW Nav system places my home address at our mailbox. The mailbox is approximately 150 ft from my garage, so it still locks when in the garage. Any work arounds for this? Thanks in advance

Followup, BMW Genius says it will use the street address as HOME and there is no way to mark home using GPS, so basically it is worthless for autolock/unlock at home unless you are very close to the street.
